The helper bot

Helga is the latest addition to the GLM sales team. Like many of the new employees, she is overwhelmed with new information about the company's processes and products . Usually, if Helga has trouble on a call, she gets a bit nervous and puts the client on hold and reaches out to her supervisor.

Here comes Ernie! An interactive chatbot that acts as a first line helper for newly hired employees. Helga can now chat with Ernie and easily find answers to her questions instead of interrupting the work flow. Ernie's keyword-based module helps new employees build expertise and promotes independance by providing them with seamless access to searchable help and Q&A sections while they are dealing with clients.
